To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, including your receipt or order confirmation, along with a clear image of both the product and the packing slip. Items must be returned to qualify for a refund, and all return parcels must be lodged within 30 days of the original order receipt date.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns will only be accepted once a return request has been submitted and approved by our team. Return approval must be obtained prior to shipping any products back to us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and advise whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise and reflect the refund in your account.
